*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager Cybersecurity to lead our cybersecurity efforts and ensure the security and integrity of our organization's systems and data. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IoT engineering and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of managing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies.*Key Responsibilities:*- *Manage and Implement Cybersecurity Strategies:* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's systems and data from cyber threats.- *Lead a Team of Cybersecurity Professionals:* Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.- *Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards and Regulations:* Ensure that the organization's cybersecurity practices comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and others.- *Develop and Implement Incident Response Plans:* Develop, implement, and maintain incident response plans to ensure that the organization is prepared to respond to cybersecurity incidents in a timely and effective manner.

*Requirements:*- *5+ Years of Experience in Cybersecurity:* A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IoT engineering and cybersecurity.- *Strong Knowledge of IoT Engineering and Cybersecurity:* A strong understanding of IoT engineering and cybersecurity principles, including threat analysis, risk management, and security protocols.- *Excellent Leadership and Management Skills:* Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of cybersecurity professionals.- *Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills:* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.*Preferred Qualifications:*- *Certifications:* Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM, are preferred.- *Education:* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.*What We Offer:*-
