    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee the execution of our projects.

    Key Responsibilities:
    The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and resolving site-related matters, meeting project timelines, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time, within proposed budget and scope.

    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • E nsure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
    • Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging stakeholders, and addressing technical and site-related matters.
    • Ensure adequate resource availability and allocation.
    • Establish a detailed project plan to track progress.
    • Utilize effective project management techniques.
    • Oversee site staff for ongoing projects.
    • Maintain accurate documentation records.
    • Nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
    • Assign tasks to site staff members.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and architects.
    • Manage day-to-day project site activities, resolve site-related issues, and address staff-related matters.
    • Provide regular project status updates to management.
    • Ensure ongoing equipment installations are completed efficiently.
    • Manage inventory for equipment supplied at project sites.
    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

    • Strong educational background, preferably in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in the vertical transportation field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
    • Solid managerial and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong documentation and letter drafting skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
    • PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
    Salary and Benefits:

    $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, inclusive of an incentive bonus.
