    Job Description:

    Purpose of the Position:

    Responsible for sales of sundry business and Zaree through developing a strong dealer network while ensuring achievement of sales targets, development of dealer network/channel, dissemination of product knowledge to farmers, and facilitating Mo Us to provide financial assistance for product purchases.


    Major Responsibilities:

    I) Financial:

    Target Achievement:

    Achieve budgeted sales target for Zaree by actively pursuing relationships with farmers, rural development bodies, and government bodies for agricultural promotion, dealer network, etc.


    Collections:
    Ensure timely collections while maintaining receivables in line with company policy for receivable days.

    II) Customer:

    Dealer Management:
    Manage relationships with existing Zaree dealers, organize promotional events, and monitor orders to prevent leakages.

    Stocklist Management for Zaree:
    Take orders and advance payments, liaise with the factory for order execution, ensure timely payments, etc.

    III) Internal Process:

    Dealer Incentive Plan Management:
    Create and manage incentive plans for dealers through the stockist.

    Inventory/Stock Management:
    Coordinate for spares replacement with stockist to ensure zero stockouts, especially in key markets.

    KSB Product Promotion:

    Create market awareness on KSB product advantages through visits, product demos, and advertising on cable networks along with dealers.


    Channel Management:
    De-risk channel network through identification of dealer alternatives.

    IV) Learning and Development:

    Dealer Education:
    Conduct dealer conferences for information sharing on new products, business planning, and sales forecasting. Ensure complete product awareness for dealers during induction.

    Self-Development:
    Stay updated with changes in customer requirements and developments in KSB Pakistan's products.

    Requirement Profile:

    Formal Education:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent


    Professional Experience:
    At least 4-6 years of overall work experience


    Special Skills:
    Strong business development skills, experience working in agricultural sectors/industries, channel management


    Defined Competencies:
    Persuasion and conflict management, customer focus, networking, decision-making.

    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Pay:
    Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
