    Description

    Job Title: Expert Channel Planning

    This role involves designing channel promotions, managing sales commission budgets, and assigning key performance indicators (KPI) targets to the channel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design channel promotions to engage channels in achieving sales targets.
    • Allocate KPI targets to regions and manage their performance.
    • Analyze post-promotion effects on sales quality, revenue, and survival rates.
    • Conduct market studies and develop ideas for lucrative promotions.
    • Gain a deep understanding of competitors' strategies and propose countermeasures.
    • Develop plans for channel expansions, including distribution officer rationalization and numeric distribution analysis.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution.
    • Understanding of retail channels, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Power Query/Power Pivot, MS Excel (advanced level), and MS PowerPoint.
    • Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Telco background with strong business acumen is a plus.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
