    Software Development Lead

    Position Title: Software Development Lead (JAVA)

    Salary Range: PKR 150 K to 300 K

    Job Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Define the overall technical architecture for applications.
    • Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
    • Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects.
    • Analyze and modify systems as needed.
    • Test, debug, and install application systems.
    • Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues.
    • Create technical procedures and documentation for applications.
    • Apply excellent analysis skills and develop processes and methodologies.
    • Leverage ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new concepts, business models, and technologies.
    • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
    • Evaluate software quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, and other critical factors.
    • Approve final products before launch.
    • Oversee team members and ensure successful project outcomes.

    Job Specification

    Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering required.
    • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework development is essential.
    • Able to meet project timelines.
    • Clear written and oral communication skills are necessary, with fluency in English.
    • Must be a team player and self-starter.

    Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory:

    • Database management using MySQL.
    • Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
    • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and design patterns.

    Additional skills that will be considered advantageous include:

    • Cloud computing architecting.
    • DevOps practices.
    • Docker containerization.
