Manage BeMe Wellness's presence across key e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. Develop and execute strategies to maximize brand visibility, conversions, and revenue. Lead the management of BeMe's presence on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and emerging marketplaces. Optimize PPC and ad strategies for performance metrics like ROAS, CPC, and cost-per-conversion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies across channels. Use data insights to forecast demand and adjust strategies for peak seasons, sales events, and promotions. Monitor key metrics, including ROAS, CPC, conversion rates, and revenue growth, providing weekly updates to the CEO.**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for each marketplace, focusing on maximizing brand visibility, conversions, and revenue.
* Manage PPC and ad strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, optimizing for performance metrics like ROAS, cost-per-click (CPC), and cost-per-conversion.
* Collaborate with the Head of Operations & Supply Chain to ensure optimal inventory levels on all platforms, avoiding stock-outs while minimizing holding costs.
* Work closely with the Creative/Content team to develop conversion-focused assets for each marketplace.
* Partner with the Head of Social to align campaigns and promotions across social and marketplace channels, creating a seamless brand experience.
**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, with a proven track record on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketplace data and using insights to drive performance improvements; experience with Amazon Brand Analytics, Walmart Seller Center, or equivalent.
* Advertising Expertise: Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on e-commerce platforms, with a focus on improving ROAS, CPC, and other performance metrics.
* Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with creative and social teams, to ensure cohesive strategies across channels.
* Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, and ad platforms specific to each marketplace.
