    The Team: The Team Lead, BI Sales Analytics will serve as a key individual contributor within the Data Analytics and Insights group under the Customer Experience function of S&P Global Market Intelligence. This role will focus on delivering high-quality analytics and insights to drive sales performance and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

    The Impact: In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to develop and implement solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will play a critical role in enhancing the capabilities of the BI Sales Analytics team, ensuring that our analytics offerings are aligned with the needs of the business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytics work, adhering to best practices in data management.
    • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within analytics processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Science).
    • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on sales analytics or related areas.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
    • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python.
    • Knowledge of sales operations and metrics within the Information Services industry.
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
