    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Sales Manager in the real estate sector.

    The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in sales activities, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

    This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during site visits. Support the sales team in negotiations and closing deals with prospective buyers or tenants. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and deal progress. Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and legal to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or real estate, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Preferred


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a sales management or leadership role. Certification in real estate sales or brokerage. Familiarity with local market trends and property development projects. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those commonly spoken in the local area.
