    Position Overview:

    ACE Money Transfer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager of Training & Development to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that align with the company's objectives and values.

    This role requires a passion for employee development, a keen understanding of learning principles, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in training initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement training programs to onboard new employees and facilitate ongoing professional development for existing staff members Collaborate with department Managers/ heads to identify training needs and priorities across various departments and functions Conducting Trainings Needs Assessment (TNAs) in the organisation Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules, to effectively communicate key concepts and skills Utilize a variety of training delivery methods, such as instructor-led sessions, virtual training, webinars, and self-paced modules, to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for improvements as needed Develop and assign LMS trainings incoordination of Department Managers and Heads Plan and arrange Outdoor experiential learning trainings Coordinate with Department Managers on drafting and implementation of Department Training manuals Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, completion rates, and performance outcomes, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development, and incorporate relevant innovations into existing programs Support Head of HR in Training & Development s strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for training initiatives Mentor and coach employees to build their capacity and enhance the overall effectiveness of the training function Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development across the organization, emphasizing the importance of personal growth and career advancement Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Certification(s) in training and development is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development roles, preferably in the financial services industry or a related field Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and training evaluation methodologies Proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems (LMS), and other technology tools used for training delivery and administration Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing training projects and leading cross-functional teams Proven ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals Join ACE
