Night Shift Call Agent – Canada Mobility Campaign (Onsite)
Location:
Kalma Chowk, Lahore
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
Salary:
PKR 30,000 – 45,000 per month
Commission:
PKR 5,000 per successful sale
Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and confident Call Agents for our Canada Mobility campaign. This is an onsite night shift role based near Kalma Chowk.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with Canadian customers professionally to promote and sell mobility-related services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in Canada
- Present and explain mobility services clearly and confidently
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Close sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system
- Follow company scripts and quality standards
Requirements:
- Good English communication and conversation skills
- Prior experience in call center or sales is preferred (but not mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Selfmotivated, punctual, and targetdriven
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed salary: PKR 30,000 – 45,000
- High commission: PKR 5,000 per sale (uncapped earning potential)
