    Sales Manager Position

    We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our online marketplace's sales efforts.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies, guiding team performance, and preparing concise sales reports. They should be able to analyze market trends and adapt their approach to meet business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Master's degree in sales or a related field.
    2. Sales Strategy Experience: Proven expertise in planning and executing sales strategies.
    3. Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    4. Team Leadership: Experience managing and directing a sales team.
    5. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
