    Position Summary: We are looking on the behalf of our client for the position of "HR Generalist" who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compliance with employment laws and regulations, employee relations and initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture. He will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy to support their dynamic growth and international expansion.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
    • Oversee employee relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
    • Manage performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, providing feedback to employees, and implementing performance improvement plans.
    • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and talent acquisition strategies.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
    • Oversee HRIS implementation and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR data management.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive work culture and professional development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities and develop strategies to address them effectively.
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR
    • In depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Organisational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or CHRP) is a plus.

    Note:

    Experience of the individual should not be more than 5 years.

    Testing Phase: It comprises of 3 stages; General/ IQ test, Technical test, Psychometric test.
