Community Health Worker Role in Baluchistan

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage communities in the program's catchment area and develop strong relationships using participatory rural appraisal (PRA) tools.
• Identify stakeholders, conduct regular meetings, and maintain positive working relationships with community members.
• Establish referrals to the telehealth facility and programs.
• Perform tasks of an RN, NA, pharmacy assistant, or receptionist as needed.
• Spread information about the telehealth center and conduct health awareness sessions in communities, homes, and clinics.

Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate level education with LHV/LHW/Dispenser/midwife qualifications.

Working Conditions:

• Travel extensively to community homes, locations, NGOs, and outreach destinations.
• Collect community feedback regarding services provided by the telehealth center.

Data Reporting:

• Document qualitative and quantitative data from the field, including community stories.
• Report progress and weekly updates to the program coordinator.

Job Details:

• Estimated Salary: $400-$600 per month.
