- Engage communities in the program's catchment area and develop strong relationships using participatory rural appraisal (PRA) tools.
- Identify stakeholders, conduct regular meetings, and maintain positive working relationships with community members.
- Establish referrals to the telehealth facility and programs.
- Perform tasks of an RN, NA, pharmacy assistant, or receptionist as needed.
- Spread information about the telehealth center and conduct health awareness sessions in communities, homes, and clinics.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Intermediate level education with LHV/LHW/Dispenser/midwife qualifications.
- Travel extensively to community homes, locations, NGOs, and outreach destinations.
- Collect community feedback regarding services provided by the telehealth center.
- Document qualitative and quantitative data from the field, including community stories.
- Report progress and weekly updates to the program coordinator.
- Estimated Salary: $400-$600 per month.
