    Sous Chef - Fine Dining

    We are seeking a creative and passionate individual to work alongside our Head Chef at our fine dining establishment in Karachi. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Head Chef to plan menus and develop new dishes.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes.
    • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance.
    • Maintain inventory levels and monitor food costs to ensure profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
    • Assist in the creation of schedules and manage labor costs effectively.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining setting.
    • A culinary degree or equivalent is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
