    Description

    Assistant Brand Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and increase brand awareness.

    This role will involve working across all levels and departments of our organization to identify what makes us unique and communicate this to a global audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
    2. Develop and communicate our vision and mission to stakeholders.
    3. Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
    4. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals working on brand initiatives.
    5. Oversee the development of creative content to motivate target audiences.
    6. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitors' activities.
    7. Supervise new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    8. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions to inform future strategy.
    9. Develop innovative growth strategies to drive business forward.
    10. Establish performance specifications, cost parameters, market applications, and sales estimates to inform business decisions.
    11. Manage content writers and oversee the creation of engaging content.
    12. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics to ensure a unified vision.

    Job Specification

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
    2. Able to develop and communicate effective brand and marketing strategies to executives.
    3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising impactful campaigns.
    4. Strong understanding of the marketing mix.
    5. Excellent analytical skills combined with a creative approach.
    6. Data-driven thinking and affinity for numbers.

    Location: Lahore Base (Head Office)

    Compensation: Basic salary plus fuel expenses.

    Gender Preference: Male/Female both but preferably females.
