    Job Description

    To ensure the overall operational efficiency and safety of our properties, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for implementing and enforcing operational standards, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of relevant rules and regulations.

    The successful candidate will oversee the management of outsourced security agencies and contractors, including housekeeping, security, and pest control services. Additionally, they will be responsible for establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for these contractors, ensuring their performance meets set standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage overall operational concerns, including physical property safety and security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
    • Implement operations standards with a comprehensive understanding of rules and regulations.
    • Ensure the safety and security of critical assets, including diesel tanks, electric substations, power generation and distribution rooms, lifts, and other essential equipment.
    • Oversee the management of outsourced security agencies and contractors, including housekeeping, security, and pest control services.
    • Establish SLAs and KPIs for outsourced contractors and track performance according to set standards.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the mall or shopping center industry.
    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute.
    • Excellent skills in managing operations related to security, housekeeping, pest control, and customer services.
    • Strong reporting and communication skills.
