We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman to join our Plant Team in Gujranwala.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily work distribution of operators to meet production planning demands and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to machine, process, and quality work instructions for quality and efficiency, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage product changes according to established procedures, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high-quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance of production lines, troubleshoot breakdowns, and document issues to inform future improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to GMP and 6S standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
• Participate in internal audits, implement corrective actions, and promote GMP practices throughout the team.
• Implement effective waste separation and disposal practices, minimizing environmental impact.
• Record machinery failures in SAP, report nonconformities, and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate raw and auxiliary material requests as needed, optimizing inventory management.
• Effectively utilize SAP, TREX, and barcode systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Support operator development, monitor attendance and overtime, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Work collaboratively to improve EUR and WUR at the production line, driving business growth and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
