    HR Executive Coordinator Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Executive Coordinator to join our team at {company}. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of HR functions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by conducting interviews, screening candidates, and maintaining a candidate pipeline.
    2. Employee Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs, including orientation sessions, workshops, and online courses, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    3. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information, to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
    4. HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
    5. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by conducting employee evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and coaching employees to achieve their goals.
    6. Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to promote a positive work environment and foster collaboration among team members.
    7. HR Inquiries and Issues: Handle employee inquiries, resolve HR-related issues, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
    8. Reporting and Presentations: Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    1. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external partners.
    2. Confidentiality and Discretion: Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    3. Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and email communications.
    5. Attention to Detail: Display attention to detail and accuracy when performing tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

    $70,000 - $90,000 per year
