- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment

- Proficiency in CRM software experience preferred
