    We are looking for Head of BI and Analytics based in Islamabad reporting to Vice President Segments and Marketing.

    This role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization, leveraging advanced analytics techniques and technologies to uncover actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement the BI & Analytics strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
    2. Lead a team of data analysts, data engineers, and business intelligence professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
    3. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes, to support robust analytics and reporting capabilities.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance to identify business opportunities and address challenges through data-driven insights and solutions.
    5. Drive the development and deployment of advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms to predict customer behavior, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational performance.
    6. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of BI & Analytics initiatives, regularly reporting insights and findings to the leadership.
    7. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in business intelligence, analytics, and data science, continuously evaluating and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance the organization's capabilities.
    8. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices, maintaining data security and integrity throughout the analytics lifecycle.
    9. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting data literacy and awareness at all levels.

    Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    2. 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science roles, with 3 years in leadership positions.
    3. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing BI & Analytics strategies in a complex organizational environment, preferably within the telecom industry.
    4. Strong technical proficiency in data warehousing, data modeling, SQL, and programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) is highly desirable.
    5. Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    7. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change through data-driven approaches.
    8. Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
    9. Certifications in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty) are advantageous.
