    Expert Channel Performance & Commissions

    Job Title: Expert Channel Performance & Commissions

    Description:

    A key role within our organization, responsible for calculating and managing channel commissions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately calculate monthly and quarterly sales channel commissions, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with finance and business intelligence teams to improve overall commission calculation processes.
    • Liaise with regional teams to address commission-related inquiries, discrepancies, and payment schedules.
    • Enhance commission models and frameworks to support business goals.
    • Partner with the finance department to align commission payments with budgeting requirements and accounting standards.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for commission processes and support audits.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial department, distribution division, channel planning or a related field (Prior Telco experience is an advantage).
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, JIRA.
    • Strong analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, capable of spotting trends and identifying process improvements.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new technologies.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
