    Overview:

    The Expert M&A role is a technically focused supporting role purposed to assist in executing complex transactions. This role emphasizes advanced financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, and seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and advisors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including strategic assessments, valuation, structuring, and post M&A integration.
    • Assist with developing and reviewing financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, merger modeling) to assess transaction impact.
    • Engage in conducting and overseeing financial, operational, tax, and legal due diligence.
    • Evaluate risks and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare and present investment memoranda, board presentations, and executive summaries.
    • Manage internal coordination across Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Operations.
    • Liaise with external advisors including investment banks, consultants, and legal counsel.
    • Support in ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal governance protocols.

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CA/ACCA preferred).
    • 5-8 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
    • Experienced in executing complex M&A transactions.
    • Deep understanding of valuation methodologies, deal structuring, and integration planning.
    • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
    • Experience in telecom, digital, or tech sectors is a plus.
