    Homemade Cuisine, a gluten free foods company, is looking for a food microbiologist and food safety officer who can help perform the following functions at our factory site location:

    • Conduct bioburden testing of food items, packaging material, raw material, and environmental samples to check for various strains of bacteria and other microorganisms.
    • Make sure our food traceability system is being implemented effectively by adding batch numbers and expiry labels to products, registering incoming raw material, conducting mock traceability exercises and following other requirements of the system such as creating records regularly for all daily production.
    • Creating lab reports, corrective action reports, root cause analysis reports, and other required documentation/forms as a part of our FSMS.
    • Maintain logs and records of all lab activities.
    • Maintain quality control checklists and regularly conduct rounds of the facility.
    • Verifying the implementation of different PRPs.
    • Providing a direction for increasing the labs capabilities and strengthening our food safety processes + any recommendations.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
