Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Clearly and effectively communicate in fluent English with a neutral or clear accent
• Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately
• Maintain a positive and friendly tone during all customer interactions
• Log and update customer information using internal systems
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English is a must – candidates must have a clear, understandable accent and excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools)
• Willingness to work night shifts, as this role supports international clients
