This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Mingāora.
The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to drive sales, promote products and services, and build strong customer relationships.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing product recommendations, managing sales transactions, and meeting sales targets efficiently.Other responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of products, addressing customer concerns, and promoting a positive shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
QualificationsCustomer engagement and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving targets
Knowledge of products and services offered by the company
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer concerns
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using basic point-of-sale systems and tools
Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to business needs
Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory
