    Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Onboarding: Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of our technology and products
    • Customer Education: Provide comprehensive training and support to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our AI technology
    • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for large customers, providing strategic guidance and support to drive adoption and activation
    • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
    • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor customer progress and activities to ensure timely adoption and activation

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales or support)
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, data analysis, and reporting
    • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
    • Additional Experience: Familiarity with fintech and spend management technology a plus

    What We Offer:

    A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
