Rapid Labs is a dynamic leader in the AI revolution dedicated to crafting groundbreaking solutions that redefine industries such as Retail Healthcare Legal and Finance With expertise in technologies like Computer Vision Natural Language Processing and AI-powered Chatbots we aim to elevate user experiences and streamline business operations Join us on our mission to leverage artificial intelligence for impactful change and a better tomorrowWe are seeking an experienced React Native & Frontend Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications as well as supporting web applications when required You will translate Figma designs into high-quality mobile-first user interfaces ensuring performance usability and a seamless user experience across devices Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android Develop and maintain web user interfaces using HTML CSS etc Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect high-performance mobile web interfaces Implement mobile navigation patterns gestures animations platform-specific UI behaviors Integrate RESTful APIs authentication flows secure data storage Implement multi-language support in applications Implement push notifications deep linking background tasks Optimize mobile applications for performance memory usage battery efficiency Manage App Store iOS Play Store Android build testing release workflows Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers backend engineers product teams Debug resolve issues across multiple devices operating system versions Utilize modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind Material UI Chakra UI Ant Design Shadcn UI or similar Use state management libraries such as Redux Jotai Recoil MobX Participate in code reviews contribute architectural technical decisions Write clean maintainable scalable code following best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend mobile development trends Qualifications Experience A degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field Proven experience of minimum 1-2 years as a Frontend Developer strong focus on React Experienced with JavaScript HTML CSS related web technologies Familiarity with RESTful APIs asynchronous programming Understanding of Auth0 Oauth Oauth2 Firebase authentication Strong Knowledge version control systems Git Excellent problem-solving skills attention detail Nice Have Experience Expo React Native CLI Basic understanding native concepts iOS/Android lifecycle permissions working native code Swift/Objective-C when required Familiarity app deployment TestFlight Google Play Console Salary Benefits Competitive salary fringe benefits Paid Time off Leaves encashment Professional Development Career Advancement Team Building Activities Innovative Work Environment Work-Life Balance Company trips Wellness Programs Performance based promotion Location Blue Area Islamabad Office Hours 05:00 PM-02:00 AM Monday Friday Job Type Full-time Application Question(s) How many years of experience do you have
