    The Role:

    We're seeking a Sales Growth Expert to drive strategic initiatives, expand our footprint, and showcase our value proposition to potential clients. You'll lead the way in unlocking new business opportunities and fostering growth within the dynamic AML/KYC sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads using inbound/outbound strategies and market research in AML/KYC sectors (e.g., banks, fintech, crypto).
    • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact via email, calls, or LinkedIn to introduce AML/KYC solutions.
    • Lead Nurturing: Maintain engagement with prospects through communication and valuable content.
    • CRM Management: Track and update lead status in systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Sales Collaboration: Ensure smooth lead handoff to sales teams with complete information.
    • Relationship Building: Engage decision-makers (e.g., compliance officers, legal teams) to identify needs and create interest.

    Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Tech sales experience preferred, especially upselling.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
