    Operation Coordinator at Interlink Engineering, Pakistan

    We are a leading technology-based solutions provider with offices in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. Our team is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily business activities, production tasks, and administrative responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams to understand departmental needs and goals.
    2. Develop and maintain operations documents and reports.
    3. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
    4. Analyze and coordinate the supply chain of business activities.
    5. Report on production status and issues to upper management.
    6. Plan, schedule, and coordinate production of company products.
    7. Lead the production team to achieve scheduled goals.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
    2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in office management or administration.
    3. Excellent communication and people management skills.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    5. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    6. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

    Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
