About the Role

At HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Cloud Applications: Work with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to build and customize applications, workflows, and reports.
Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Integration and Support: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, third-party apps, and custom coding.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing Salesforce implementations.
Data Quality and Security: Ensure data quality, security, and integrity within Salesforce environments.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of code.
Platform Knowledge: Stay up to date on Salesforce platform releases and best practices.

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Cloud Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Integration Knowledge: Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
API Experience: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Data Loader.
Security and Governance: Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, user management, and roles/profiles.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required).
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Automation: Experience with Marketing Automation tools or Email Campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
