    Description

    Sales and Marketing Manager

    This role is responsible for driving the marketing strategy of our Rice division as well as our new Spice division.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our export sales and marketing efforts, including coordination and communication with international buyers, export planning, shipment targets, and coordination with our production team for timely deliveries.
    • The successful candidate will also be responsible for business promotion activities such as event management, maintaining liaison with industry associations, and handling trading activities in coordination with our UK office.
    • Strong sales and marketing skills are essential, along with the ability to achieve sales targets through existing and potential customers.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in international marketing and selling, preferably in the field of Rice and Spices.
    • An outgoing personality, initiative, and passion for sales and marketing are essential.
