The Role
As Programme Administrator, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a
foundational role intended for a high-potential individual who wants to participate in the inner
workings of a scaling organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Administration: Proactively manage calendars, ensuring leadership is prepared, briefed, and on time for all engagements.
- Strategic Correspondence: Act as a primary point of contact; drafting professional internal and external communications, and ensuring professional client correspondence.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution across the team.
- Research & Special Projects: Conduct market research, assist in workshop coordination, and help implement new organisational tools and systems.

possess:
- The ability to take ownership of challenges and find solutions independently.
- Native-level fluency in English and Urdu, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- An innate ability to categorise, prioritise, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
