    Job Description

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in game programming with Unreal or Unity.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ (Unreal) or C# (Unity).
    • Strong understanding of animation pipelines and character rigging.
    • Experience with motion capture data integration is a plus.
    • Knowledge of GPU optimization techniques and shader programming.
    • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, program, and optimize animated avatars using Unreal or Unity Game Engine.
    • Collaborate with game designers and artists to create lifelike character movements and interactions.
    • Implement AI-driven avatar behaviors for enhanced realism.
    • Optimize rendering and animation processes to ensure smooth gameplay.
    • Debug and resolve performance issues related to avatar animations.
    • Stay updated on advancements in avatar technologies and integrate new features accordingly.
    • Document development processes and provide technical support to the team.
