    Sales Manager

    Cyber Solutions Inc. is a leading IT company delivering IT projects across various domains, including software, hardware, and networking services.

    As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:

    1. Meeting with potential clients to showcase our products, highlighting their key features and benefits while emphasizing the value they offer.
    2. Identifying, educating, qualifying, and generating interest in sales opportunities.
    3. Following up with leads and developing expertise in closing deals effectively.
    4. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all actions are centered around the customer's needs.
    5. Making recommendations to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
    6. Collaborating with teams to implement new operational approaches based on customer feedback.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management, especially within the computer hardware and software sectors.
    • Strong technical aptitude, coupled with high motivation, a self-starter attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • A thirst for continuous learning and growth.
    • A passion for traveling, meeting people, and possessing excellent presentation skills.
    • Attention to detail, accompanied by a mature phone presence.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MIS systems.
