    About the Role:

    We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead
    global warehouse operations
    from Pakistan. The role involves managing multiple international warehouses remotely, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service quality across diverse geographies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end operations of global warehouses (owned & 3PL-managed).
    • Oversee daily warehouse functions including inbound, storage, outbound, and dispatch across all regions.
    • Implement standardized SOPs, process improvements, and performance KPIs.
    • Ensure accurate inventory control and data integrity through WMS/ERP systems.
    • Drive productivity, safety, and compliance across all global warehouse sites.
    • Manage and evaluate global 3PL partners and negotiate performance-based SLAs.
    • Lead and coach remote warehouse teams across different time zones.
    • Generate analytical performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations (Master's preferred).
    • 10–15 years
      of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with
      at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
      .
    • Proven experience managing
      multi-country or global warehouse networks
      .
    • Strong knowledge of
      WMS / ERP systems
      (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
    • Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
    • Experience managing
      3PL partners
      and optimizing global warehouse costs.
    • Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma or similar process improvement tools.
