    Position Title: CSR Project Engineer

    Location: Baluchistan

    Objective:

    We are actively seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our esteemed Community Investment Team. This pivotal role involves hands-on engagement in renovation and construction projects, meticulous development of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), developing drawing and designs, and vigilant technical monitoring of works. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the successful execution of community-centric initiatives.

    Essential Duties:

    Lead and contribute to the meticulous planning and execution of renovation and construction projects within the community.

    Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives align with overarching community development goals.

    Craft comprehensive and accurate BOQs, drawing and designs for renovation and construction projects, ensuring precision in adherence to project specifications.

    Collaborate proactively with procurement teams to facilitate seamless sourcing of materials and services as per BOQ requirements.

    Exercise diligent oversight of construction and renovation activities, upholding uncompromising compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.

    Conduct regular on-site visits to assess progress, troubleshoot technical challenges, and maintain stringent quality control.

    Actively engage with community members, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders to gather invaluable input, ensuring alignment with community needs.

    Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with contractors, vendors, and project partners to enhance collaborative efficiency.

    Requirements:

    Possession of a bachelors degree in civil engineering or a closely related field, structural engineers will be preferred.

    Demonstrated prowess in project engineering, preferably with 7 to 10 years experience in community-focused initiatives.

    Robust knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, and industry standards.

    Proficiency in crafting comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and adept use of project management tools.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
