Cab Dispatcher - Islamabad - Globe Call Centre(SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd

Globe Call Centre seeks experienced cab dispatchers with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently coordinate and dispatch cabs to designated locations.
• Monitor cab drivers' schedules and routes for timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to address issues or changes in plans.
• Maintain accurate records of cab operations, including trip details and driver performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cab dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of GPS systems and dispatch software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Rs 28,000 - Rs 32,000 per month (approximately $280-$320 per hour)
• Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week
