Job summary
We are looking for someone to lead Mobilink Bank's engagement with government bodies, regulators, and law enforcement agencies to safeguard the Bank's interests and ensure compliance.+
The role advises senior management on regulatory changes, oversees timely reporting, and strengthens the bank's reputation through effective stakeholder management.
,+- To work with internal and external stakeholders including Government Officials, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
- Present Bank's position on to government authorities including LEAs
- Advising senior management on implications of any changes in regulatory environment/policies of government authorities
- Provide input to Senior Management on engagement efforts with LEAs
- Maintain close Coordination with DFS counterparts to mitigate any regulatory bottle necks
