    Position: Project Manager

    Department: Projects (Home Chef)

    Reports to: Program Manager

    Location: Lahore Office

    Job Purpose:

    As the Project Manager for the Home Chef Program , your primary objective is to lead the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of the program, fostering culinary education, economic empowerment, and community engagement. This multifaceted role involves end-to-end project management, effective team leadership, strategic innovation, and collaborative efforts to ensure the success of the Home Chef Program.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management

    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for Home Chef, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Allocate and coordinate resources, ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, and equipment as needed.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, milestones and deliverables.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
    • Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide project updates, status reports, and presentations as necessary.
    • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
    • Work closely with the finance team to monitor project financials.
    • Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to measure project performance.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, develop project roadmap and identify milestones

    Oversee the team to generate and distribute regular reports on project progress, achievements, and challenges.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
    • Build capacity of the team on use of project management tools and best practices
    • Identify relevant stakeholders for partnerships and conduct meetings with them to pitch the Home Chef.
    • Oversee the outreach planning and progress for increasing awareness amongst target beneficiary organizations about the program and conducting trainings with their participants.

    Team Management

    • Hiring, managing and training instructors and TAs
    • Work cross-functionally with academics, placements, operations, and communications teams to ensure optimal outcomes and better program visibility
    • Ensure project success and meeting of timelines, key KPIs (quality recruitment, high retention, high placements, economic empowerment)
    • Engaging with current students to understand how well they are learning and meeting industry requirements
    • Build a fun, collaborative, high-performing culture and the best environment for the team and students.

    Strategy & Innovation

    • Focus on documenting processes, learnings and improvement.
    • Develop systems and processes for regularly gathering, analyzing, and implementing feedback on curriculum and assessments based on key quality metrics.
    • Research good practices, lessons, and ideas to be incorporated in Tech Karo and stay abreast with industry trends, opportunities, and improvements.
    • Collecting and acting on course feedback to continually improve student satisfaction
    • All course-related operations (monitoring student progress, student/extracurricular events, etc.)
    • Track and own program success metrics like enrollments, retention, completion, satisfaction and career outcomes

    Linkages:

    • Engaging our alumni community
    • Planning, developing & executing events and non-curricular activities to empower our students & strengthen our student/alumni community
    • Develop relationships with companies & other educational institutions and close strategic partnerships
    • Partner with external hiring managers/ placement team to ensure our curriculum and assessment properly prepares learners for the job market

    Reporting:

    • Weekly meetings and reporting to the CIRCLE Management
    • Monthly reporting to the CIRCLE Management and Donor on the progress of all the courses.
    • Monthly activity plan in advance along with budget for activities, focal persons and time needed for each planned activity
