Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a professional daycare, nursery, or early childhood setting
• Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and early childhood development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Compassionate, energetic, and patient demeanor
