We are an international eLearning solutions provider working with clients all over the world. Our team specialises in building engaging online training experiences using Moodle, WordPress, and other modern learning technologies.

As we expand into large-scale courseware development, we are seeking creative, detail-oriented individuals to design, package, and deliver professional learning content.

Responsibilities

As a Courseware Designer, you will:

• Research and reference Australian legislation, standards, and industry guidelines when building unit content.
• Convert raw materials into easy-to-read, story-based learning content.
• Design interactive slides and activities (using Gamma, H5P, or similar tools).
• Develop knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessor-marked activities that align with compliance requirements.
• Create scenario-based and practical assessments (self-marking and assessor-marked).
• Package learning resources for Moodle or other LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure content is consistent, accurate, and auditor-ready.

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: 20,000 PKR/month
• Per Course Incentive: 12,000 PKR per completed & approved course
• Target Output: Minimum 5 courses/month (higher output = higher pay)

Example:

• 5 courses → 80,000 PKR/month
• 8 courses → 116,000 PKR/month

Requirements

Strong English writing and editing skills

Ability to structure content clearly and logically

Familiarity with eLearning tools (Moodle, H5P, or SCORM authoring tools preferred — complete training will be provided)

Graphic sense — comfortable with images, diagrams, and PPTs

Attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines

Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Instructional design, computer science or education background
• Prior work in courseware packaging, eLearning development, or training material creation
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (RTO/education training packages)

Important Notes

• Candidates must be based in Lahore and available to attend an in-office interview and contract signing.
• The position is 100% remote after onboarding.
• Work timings are 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
• 1-month probation period applies.
