    Customer Services Representative

    The Customer Support Specialist in the Operations department provides solutions to technical problems and resolves customer claims by diagnosing issues and guiding customers through the claim filing process via phone calls. We are seeking individuals with a flair for interacting with international customers, prioritizing personality, passion, and work ethic.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist customers with claim filing processes, including approving or denying claims via phone call.
    2. Maintain exceptional service quality by interacting with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
    3. Deliver outstanding customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and uphold the core values of our client.
    4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls.
    5. Effectively troubleshoot customer product issues and provide accurate resolutions.
    6. Explain complex concepts in simple terms to facilitate customer issue resolution.
    7. Stay up-to-date by researching similar product symptoms to offer accurate solutions.
    8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.

    Key Qualities:

    You possess excellent English communication skills, preferably with a U.S. or UK accent, enabling clear and concise message conveyance.
