    As the General Manager
    • Operations, you will oversee the entire operations of our rice and agro based business.
    Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, resource management, and operational execution to achieve business goals.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency and effectiveness.
    Oversee daily operations, including production planning, quality control, and logistics.
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
    Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
    Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve sustainability.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Agriculture, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    Proven experience of at least 10 years in a senior operational role within the rice or agro-based industry.
    Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills.
