    People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions.

    Job Description:

    • Budgeting, Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
    • Prepare budgets and plans for the campaigns and different activities.
    • Institute a system for tracking progress and submit detailed reports to the stakeholders.
    • Ensuring deliverables are achieved and service standards are met every time.
    • Coordinate with Client Provincial Team for the hiring plan endorsement, sharing job ads, interview endorsement & approvals.
    • Enable, equip, coach, train and guide the team members on processes, policies, skills.
    • To participate in campaign evening meetings to represent People and guide forum on HR issues, if required. To coordinate with client provincial team regarding monthly plan, progress reports and approval.
    • Design and develop high quality investigation reports in coordination with Sr. HR Executives.

    Requirements:

    • Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
    • Experience: 4 years or relevant experience
