    Description

    We are seeking 3 Call Center Representatives with 2-3 years of experience to handle outbound calls, connect with potential clients, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Make outbound calls for lead generation and qualify leads through live transfers.
    2. Communicate effectively to understand client needs and address inquiries.
    3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    4. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead quality.
    5. Collaborate with team members to optimize the lead transfer process.

    Requirements

    1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Call Center Representative or in a related role.
    2. Excellent communication skills in English.
    3. Able to work night shifts (9 PM - 5 AM).
    4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    5. High motivation and resilience to meet targets consistently.

    The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
