    Job Summary

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the market to increase Market Share, enhancing Numeric & Weighted Availability and Share within the outlet by achieving secondary sales targets while ensuring maximum product availability. This includes creating and re-activating outlets, executing company guidelines, and safeguarding company assets.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Market Development: Ensure secondary SKU-wise volume achievement against targets to enhance Market Share.
    • Promotion and Discounts: Rationalize discounts in the market and use promotions intelligently to achieve the company's net sales revenue.
    • New Outlet Creation: Create new outlets and retain them as per target and area potential to increase Numeric & Weighted distribution.
    • Sku Penetration: Expand SKU penetration according to benchmark availability numbers.
    • Data Management: Ensure all data in the sales information systems pertaining to his/her area is cleansed, validated, and updated regularly.
    • Kpi Analysis: Analyze SFE KPIs and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve Green KPIs for Presellers.
    • Execution Coaching: Accomplish daily planned calls, spend ample time in-market, and coach presellers on the 10-step call process.
    • Gap Identification: Discuss execution scores by outlets with presellers daily and highlight gaps to ensure in-outlet execution as per PicOS & RED criteria and all marketing initiatives in the area.
    • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor and report competitor activity in the assigned area and suggest counter-strategies.
    • Asset Management: Supervise and ensure proper injection and optimal utilization of company assets in the market, such as coolers, glass, shell, signage, and outlet activation materials.

    Candidate Requirements

    Masters Degree: A Master's Degree with relevant sales experience is preferred.
