Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Part-Time Remote Kitchen Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to create functional, visually appealing kitchen designs that align with their needs, preferences, and budgets.

You will play a key role in the design and sales journey, supporting customers from initial consultation through to final design approval, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and space constraints
• Create customized kitchen layouts and design concepts
• Select suitable cabinetry, finishes, appliances, and accessories
• Provide professional design recommendations aligned with customer needs
• Present creative and functional design solutions to prospective clients
• Support sales efforts by enhancing customer confidence through strong design proposals
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams for smooth execution
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design and familiarity with cabinetry solutions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively support sales initiatives through design
• Excellent attention to detail and strong spatial planning skills
• Creative mindset with a practical approach to functionality
• Experience using design software/tools (e.g., CAD) is a plus
• Prior experience in kitchen design or related fields is desirable
