Junior Frontend Developer )Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Frontend Developer with strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, and practical experience in WordPress along with React / The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with the Team Lead, deliver quickly, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while building clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
As a Junior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for:
Syncing regularly with the Team Lead to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery.
Delivering tasks with fast turnaround time while maintaining quality and consistency.
Managing and executing tasks across multiple projects in parallel.
Converting PSD/Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML5/CSS3 + Bootstrap 5 layouts.
Converting HTML/CSS templates into WordPress, including custom theme/page integration.
Performing PSD to WordPress conversions (theme development/customization and page templates).
Developing and improving frontend features using /
Implementing responsive, visually appealing UI based on design specifications.
Writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code; participating in code reviews for continuous improvement.
Optimizing web pages for performance, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
Integrating frontend components with backend services via RESTful APIs.
Continuously learning and adopting modern frontend best practices and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Bootstrap 5 (strong practical experience is mandatory)
Experience with responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility
Practical experience with WordPress (theme customization/integration)
Ability to convert PSD/Figma to HTML and HTML to WordPress
Working knowledge of and/or
Basic experience with REST API integration
Familiarity with Git / version control
Soft Skills (Must)
Strong coordination skills to work closely with the Team Lead
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quickly
Capability to handle multiple projects with good time management
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Nice to Have (Optional)
Exposure to Angular
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
