    Description

    Project Manager

    Your primary responsibility is to support Senior Management in the day-to-day management of their projects and clients. You will be expected to work with both clients and internal teams.

    1. Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules across multiple implementations.
    2. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
    3. Communicate major milestones and priorities, as well as bottlenecks and other problems, which affect successful delivery.
    4. Prepare project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, change management, and client approval documents.
    5. Report on the overall health of the project and quality of service delivered to the client.
    6. Identify key risks to project delivery and develop practical risk mitigation plans.
    7. Create meeting agendas.
    8. Take and distribute meeting notes and action items.
    9. Oversee and manage all aspects of projects and time-sheets.
    10. Manage project timelines, resources (both technical and non-technical), tasks, risks, budget, and scope for internal projects.
    11. Resolve client issues, monitor and manage out of scope items requested by the client, and report any additional opportunities to the sales organization.
    12. Monitor resources for adherence to plan (budget, schedule, etc.) by utilizing resource tools and reports to determine that resources are within boundaries.
    13. Provide status updates and metrics to management throughout the project and facilitate a post-mortem at the close of the project, compiling lessons learned for management.
    14. Ensure that project teams input hours, run weekly reports on project burn, and present reports to the Account Team or Client Partner.

    Job Requirements

    Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (MS in Project Management preferred).

    Location: Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan

    Salary: Estimated salary based on title, job description, and location is PKR 100,000 - PKR 150,000 per month.
