    Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR Head)

    Experience: 10+ Years in HR Leadership Roles

    Education: MBA (HR), MHRM, or equivalent qualification

    Job Purpose

    The Head of HR will lead and manage the entire human resources function across Boss Pakson, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's growth and operational objectives. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team on people-related matters.
    • Lead HR planning, budgeting, and policy development.

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
    • Manage manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
    • Promote employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

    Performance Management & Development

    • Implement and monitor effective performance appraisal systems (KPIs/OKRs).
    • Identify training needs and lead employee development programs.
    • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.

    Employee Relations & Compliance

    • Maintain positive employee relations and resolve grievances in a fair and timely manner.
    • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Manage disciplinary procedures and ethical practices.

    HR Operations & Systems

    • Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, leave management, and HRIS.
    • Ensure accurate HR documentation and employee records.
    • Drive automation and digitization of HR processes.

    Culture & Organizational Development

    • Promote a performance-driven, inclusive, and values-based culture.
    • Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Strengthen internal communication and employee satisfaction.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • MBA in HR, MHRM, or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
    • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a senior/leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
    • Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
